Beverage Serving Suggestions
Approximate Pour
A full keg is 120 pints (16 oz) of beer
One bottle of Champagne serves approximately six 4 oz glasses of champagne
One of our 1.5 liters bottles of wine serves approximately 10 4 oz glasses of wine

Your Events Coordinator will be happy to guide you in the appropriate amounts of beverages to order for the number of guests attending.

We do not require a bar minimum. However, we do charge an hourly labor charge for your bar staff.
Service of all alcohol beverages in banquet rooms will cease at 12:30 am.
The Washington State Liquor Control Board regulates the service and sale of alcoholic beverages.
As a licensee, Gordon’s is responsible for the administration of these regulations.
Therefore, no alcoholic beverages may be brought in or removed from the event space.
Gordon’s reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the service of alcohol whenever deemed necessary.
